St. Patrick's Day weekend Cassidy planned a party for our family. She woke before the sun (6:40 a.m. to be exact) and came downstairs to prepare a special celebration. She had decorations, games, name tags, sign-up sheets, a breakfast buffet, and even an Easter egg hunt. As I handed her my breakfast order that morning so that she could serve me, she asked if I knew what kind of party we were having. "A family fun party?" I guessed. "No, it's an appreciation party," she said. "Because I want you and Daddy to know how much I appreciate all you do for me." Seriously it was all I could do to hold back the tears as I hugged her sweet neck!

Name tags and the sign-up sheet. We were also to arrive bearing our handmade invitations which she then collected from us. |

Cassidy serving breakfast. She carefully considered each family member's breakfast preferences and made sure she had options that each of us liked. As you can see, Finny was VERY pleased! |

Daddy was especially excited about the Easter egg hunt! |

Later that day we met up with our Pirate family at the Science Museum. We shut the place down and then continued the party in the courtyard and at dinner! |
