WAY behind on blogging...after moving a month ago, we are just starting to get our heads above water again. We celebrated Lily's 7th birthday at the beginning of June with a pool party...a perfect way to kick off the summer!
Lily has grown into such a great helper this past year. She entertains little ones, holds her baby sister, dresses and feeds Eli and Gareth, does laundry, cleans bathrooms, and helps with the dishes. She has such a giving and loving heart and really makes an effort to think of others first. She is quite the entertainer and performs impromptu concerts, one-man-shows, and comedy routines regularly...much to the delight of her siblings! She loves animals, especially pandas, and one of her life's goals is to see one in person! She is a natural athlete and excels at pretty much anything she tries...gymnastics, basketball, swimming, karate...she's good at it all! :) My favorite part of watching her during swim team this year, however, was seeing her cheer for all her teammates...I am very proud of her sportmanship. Lily has a great love for God and is enthusiastic about sharing His Word with others. For her birthday this year, she asked for a bible so that she could spend more time reading God's Word. We are so thankful for our beautiful girl!
