Kickin' It

After a fun season of Upward Basketball, the kids were eager to try another new sport. Finn had been saying he wanted to play soccer, so he, Lily, and Cassidy all signed up to play Upward Soccer this spring. They are all having fun, but Finn especially loves it! He asks me every day if it's a practice day or if it's Saturday (when their games are usually played) and he wants to wear his gear all the time! On game days, while the girls are playing their games, he finds a ball and an empty field and plays soccer with other kids or even by himself! :)

Cassidy is the only one on her team that has not played soccer before, but she's working hard to learn the game and be a little more aggressive...no small feat on a co-ed team!
